At Easy Sunday, we take pride in the quality of our specialty coffees and the luxury experiences we provide. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Conditions

  • Coffee Products: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee sales are final. However, if your coffee arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment for a replacement.

  • Merchandise: Non-coffee merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

  • Membership Tiers: Membership fees are non-refundable. However, members can cancel their subscription at any time without future obligations.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Contact our support team at support@easysunday.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. For eligible merchandise returns, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply.

  • For damaged coffee products or incorrect orders, we will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
