What types of coffee roasts do you offer? We offer a range of roasts to cater to different tastes:

Memberships and Subscriptions

How does the membership work at Easy Sunday?

Easy Sunday offers three membership tiers: Crafter, Virtuoso, and Connoisseur. Each membership provides a selection of premium, flavored, and origin coffee blends, shipped fresh. Members can enjoy exclusive benefits such as complimentary hotel stays, hotel savings cards and dining and entertainment cards.

How it works: You sign up for either our monthly or annual plan, and choose your 2 roast to be delivered to your door fresh every month. Indulge in the brews and enjoy some views.

What’s the difference in your monthly and annual membership? Our monthly membership is paid on a monthly basis and you can cancel anytime. It requires a minimum membership period of 3 months to activate complimentary hotel stay. Our annual membership is paid annually, includes extra perks, and gives you immediate access to all of your perks, including your complimentary stay.

Can I change my membership plan? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time through your account settings on our website.

How do I cancel my membership? Memberships can be canceled at any time through your account settings. If you need assistance, contact our customer support team.

Complimentary Hotel Stays

Do you really give away hotel stays? Yes, we really give away hotel stays. We have partnered with Karl Win Bespoke, a bespoke apparel and accessory brand, to offer our members exclusive hotel stays across the globe.

How many hotel stays can we get? As a member you are gifted one complimentary hotel stay per year. If you join our Virtuoso membership you’ll receive one hotel stay to your choice from our list of 25 US destinations. Join our Connoisseur membership and choose from over 75+ destinations across the globe.

When do we get our complimentary hotel stays? When you join one of our premium memberships you’'ll immediately gain access to the Dining and Entertainment Card and Hotel Savings Card. Due to the nature of this offer, we require monthly members to maintain a minimum membership period of 4 months in order to receive their complimentary hotel stay. If you join our annual membership you’ll receive all of your member benefits immediately following your order. You are free to cancel anytime, however, you may forfeit your access to the complimentary hotel stays.

How long are the hotel stays? Our hotel stays range in duration. Our US destinations are 4 days/3 nights, with many of our International stays being 5-6 nights and can go up to 8 for select destinations.

How do we activate our hotel stays? When you receive your voucher in the email or to your phone number you provided during membership sign-up, just follow the prompts. They will guide you through booking and confirmation.

Do we have to pay for our travel? i.e. flights, rentals, etc. As our gift to you for being a member of The Sunday Lounge, we offer complimentary hotel stays. At this time we do not offer any travel accommodations. You must arrange that on your own according to your travel dates.

Is there an age limit for the hotel stays? Yes, to activate a hotel stay the member must be 21+ to abide with hotel policies.

Who’s responsible for cancellations, upgrades, or trip support? You are responsible for all logistical aspects of your trip. We are not a travel agency and do not have the support for travel assistance.

How long do we have to activate our hotel stays? You have up to a year to book your stay.

Can I bring my whole family? What about friends? Our complimentary hotel stays are designed for couples or 2 individuals. Group travel is strictly prohibited and is the requirement of the our partner hotels. You may contact your hotel for additional guests, i.e. children, but may be subject to fees.

Ordering and Shipping

How do I place an order? Visit our website, select your desired products, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and are currently working with PayPal for setup.

Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international destinations.

What are your shipping options? We offer standard shipping options. Shipping is currently offered free.

How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Although coffee is a perishable item, where we do not offer a refund, if you are not happy with your coffee, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange. Any of our other products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days.

How do I request a refund? To request a refund, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the refund. We will process your request promptly.
